Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor Intern to turn long-form podcasts and sessions into engaging, high-performing short videos.

This role is perfect for someone who understands attention, storytelling, and viral content formats across platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Edit podcast videos into short-form content (30–90 sec clips)
  • Identify viral moments, hooks, and highlights from long content
  • Add subtitles, transitions, and engaging visual elements
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
  • Work closely with the content and growth team
  • Maintain consistency in editing style and branding
