Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content & Storytelling Lead to shape the voice, narrative, and content direction of Young Chanakya X.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn ideas, conversations, and experiences into powerful stories that engage, inspire, and build a strong community.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive the overall content strategy for YCX
  • Build strong storytelling frameworks for podcasts, videos, and posts
  • Work closely with speakers, founders, and creators to craft narratives
  • Plan and oversee content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
  • Guide the content team (writers, editors, designers)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice
  • Identify trends and convert them into meaningful content ideas
