Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Podcast & Video Producer to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality podcast and speaker content for Young Chanakya X.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building impactful media that reaches and inspires thousands.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end podcast production
- Set up and manage video shoots (studio / on-location)
- Handle lighting, audio, and camera setups
- Edit long-form podcast videos and short-form clips (Reels, Shorts)
- Work closely with speakers, creators, and internal team
- Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
